How about you make a list of your strengths and weaknesses, look for tutorials on your weaknesses, and make a thread in the art forum? When you make your art thread, you can post your art progress and possibly get critiques!

Just keep trying! I kind of know how you feel as far as feeling your art may not be as good as an artist or artists you look up to. But I remember that I have to find ways to get better at my weaknesses in my artwork in ways works for me.
Do not try to compare yourself to other artists so much, and just focus on what you may need to improve on....
